Proper cheese for proper people.

As the forecast predicted it has been pouring with rain all day, a very damp end to the bank holiday weekend.
After doing a bit of shopping we stopped off in the village where the local history group were having a small exhibition of old photos and stories of the area which was very interesting.
Mr Toad has trouble passing anywhere selling sausages pies or cheese so when he spotted this one he had to get it, it is made by Sean Wilson who used to act in Coronation Street before he went into the cheese making business, he also had a cookery programme on TV recently, The Great Northern Cookbook in which he described meals as "proper food for proper people" a favourite quote of Mr T now.
