The relationship between mind and heart, feeling and logic, can be a very unpredictable beast at the best of times; the conflict creating an annoying abrasion on the sense of self. However, when equilibrium reveals itself, the realization of energy created sparks the momentum of progress. The rubbing of wood to fire, if you will.

When logic kills the id's uncontrollable element of the heart, a new direction appears thus forming a relieving sense of progress. One may argue the righteousness of either parties, but in some cases when both elements reach an understanding the path clears itself and the courage to walk it becomes surprisingly natural. You can't see the forest from the trees, but the path still continues when the time is right.
