Bike ride

Swimming this morning, both did well. Home, few jobs, then we took the boys out for a bike ride at their request. They've spent the day being best buddies and are now in the living room having a 'sleep over'. They've been up twice, once for a snack (which they sorted themselves), once to come and watch TV with us. They're having a great time!
