YNYSLAS

The splendid timber framed visitor centre at Ynyslas, on the Ceredigion coast in Mid Wales.

The beach and sand dunes are a designated nature reserve and offer wonderful walking and vast panoramic views across the estuary to Aberdyfi, and inland to the mountains. 

We met up with my wife's sister J, who had a cancer scare two years ago.

Happy to report she is doing very well, and seizing the moment. Every day.

A very good day for hoomans, and dogs.
