Can We Come Out Now?

The answer is 'yes' - so many of the plants that have been biding their time are suddenly opening their faces to the sun. Here's one of my Aquilegia plants, full of buds to come.

A bit of work, a walk into town for a coffee, sketch and almond croissant, a bus back and now, the French Open Tennis on TV. Lovely day!

Still sunny here in Northampton though increasingly blustery so there's a change on the way. So good though that the fair weather (for most in the UK) hung around for a three day weekend.
