Mama Oriole loves grape jelly.

She loves grape jelly as do the catbirds. Mama has been so busy taking wool fibers from a nesting ball, so her hanging nest must be nearing completion if she is lining it. She is not as brightlfeathered as Mr. who was featured yesterday, but she is gorgeous. He keeps a close guard around her.

Two male hummingbirds are vying for territorial rights at the feeders, it's an airborne war with dive bombing and lots of acrobatics over the patio.
