Sourdough

The best bread I’ve ever had is sold at the Bowhouse bakery in St Monans. Like all great sourdoughs there’s a story about it’s making and the 3 years spent perfecting the starter. I took a cycle out to the coast and met some friends at the Bowhouse that has a monthly market, also got some amazing strawberries, the first of the year from a farm in Crail. And the sun eventually came out so my legs turned from blue to pale white…a good day.
