Looking through my cabin window...

After a very long day's train journey from 11.00am until 8.00pm we have arrived on our luxury barge which will be our home for the next 6 days. We are in Arles in France at present but will move on tomorrow afternoon. There are 16 of us in the group...all getting to know each other...so far, so good!

Tonight's dinner was lovely with cocktails and a variety of wines. Lovely staff and crew. Only problems for me are a tiny cabin for us both and an engine humming noise. I like complete quiet at night! So now I'll try to go to sleep and I am very tired.
