Tower through the Cathedral gate.

We’d a walk along the East Sands at lunchtime. Afterwards we spent a few minutes in the grounds of St Andrews Cathedral. Sadly too much of the site is still off limits; “unsafe gravestones,” (part of issue is tracing old grave title deed holders before effecting repairs) - it’s been like this for years now. St Salvator’s Tower at the chapel and college is visible through the memorial gate at St Andrews Cathedral; it’s my journal entry for today.
