Ouch

H did that thing where you get a surprise while cycling and you automatically grab the brake too hard. I then had a perfect view of her stopping suddenly and the bike tipping up and landing on top of her! One scraped knee and one slightly swollen thumb joint are the result. Luckily some ice seems to be helping the hand.

Otherwise a really good day of volunteering at school, meeting a friend for coffee and cake, and a playdate for H. I'd better go finish making the dinner.
