Sultana Cake

Catching up with chores today before heading back to work tonight. Can't really complain after a lovely spell off. I made this sultana cake last week and it hasn't lasted long! It's a recipe which was mum's and her mum's before that. The very special thing about it is that there are cherries in the recipe and this makes it deliciously moist. Hope the sun is shining on your bank holiday!
