The seals slept soundly!

Say three times while drinking a glass of water! LOL
Riding home from Timaru stopping off at Kaikoura for a quick lunch before continuing onwards. Although the roads had dried since Christchurch the sun now decided to come out and it was a very pleasant ride home.
I stopped off at Ohau Point for the Blip and there are more Fur Seals than ever there far more than when the Ohau stream was still accessible. I have not counted the seals in the Blip but that is just some of them there's also quite a few birds nesting along that section too.

The ride home was quite uneventful and on reaching home I had done 605 for the day and 1725 over the four days of the ride.

I picked up an issue with the bike which will go in to be sorted on Monday or Tuesday.

The next long ride?
In the Spring maybe North Island somewhere?
