Thursday: On The Way From San Ignacio

I was at an event in San Ignacio this morning, a trip of about 45 minutes each way.  It was a good one though - celebrating a UN programme that is connecting schools to the internet.  This was a drive by shot on the way home.

K and I went out with a couple this evening whom we met early on here - former Peace Corps volunteers who have stayed.  J is a mindfulness coach who did a session with my team some time ago.  They both have a really nice aura.  

We went to ‘Wings and Feathers’, a coffee shop that has now branched into a bar in the evening.  It even has a draft IPA on tap.  As if that wasn’t exciting enough, they are apparently opening a restaurant in a few weeks.  So that will mean there will be four to choose from!
