All morning the sky just north of us over the Forth was clear and we wished we had been able to go to the coast but it was not until this afternoon that the dark clouds above us dispersed.  Then the sun shone from a bright blue sky and the landscape was a mixture of fresh green and bright yellow under a blue sky and as the temperature rose to 15c it felt like summer.  The cool haar appeared mid evening with the wood at the other side of “our” field disappearing into the gloom and the landscape turned grey.
