Breakfast in Avranches

Decided to go Avranches for blood test and spoilt gor choice of cafes for breakfast. I like the town.

Test results emailed by lunchtime and sodium is still okayish.

Lovely day so spent afternoon sitting in garden. Supposedly reading but really watching birds and insects
