It was a relaxing day at work as all my colleagues attended a townhall, making my life without any disturbance. The modelling is still in progress.

I went for a swim today and realised how unfit I was for a 50m. I only managed to do 10 half-laps that 500m but with breathlessness and so much pain in my legs.
