Why?

Someone has decided that the best place to put all the rotten plant life that has been clogging up the canal on the tow path.

They've dumped it right at the most picturesque part.

How selfish people are. I've got no idea how to get this sorted, but will start to rot down and be a real eyesore. Very annoying. I shall write a letter to someone... Somewhere...
