Good News / Bad News

This was the day we told Orla and Conor the news, good and bad. 

The good news is that Mum has a new job as Head of ESG for Vital Energi. We went out for dinner in Glasgow to celebrate, eating at Il Pavone in Princes Square. 

The bad news is that this means we have to move. We are moving to Skipton, which is a 40 minute commute for Mum from Blackburn where her new job is based. Orla was took it reasonably well, but did ask to be excused from RCS in the afternoon as she thought she might get quite emotional. Conor was mainly concerned about having to go to a new school.
