Poppy

The lovely sight today of our first poppy in the garden. They are very early this year, often they don’t emerge until my birthday which is in June. I do love poppies, they are my favourite flower.
Today I managed a trip to the cinema with my cinema friend Lorraine. The first time I’ve been for about 10 weeks. It was lovely to get back. We went to see The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry. I’ve previously read the book. We didn’t enjoy the film that much but enjoyed being together at the cinema again.
