Notes: Very out of it when I woke and remembering dreams of frustration & anger. Little weird problems thru the first half of the morning, video program had to be redone and then it locked up when I pulled things back in so had to do it again. Was boxing my Amazon return and got the tape roll which was stuck to the small sewing kit - crashed it onto the washing machine, broke a small piece, ruler somehow got inside dryer (tho lid was shut) and think I've lost some needles. Finally got things on track and got some videos completed and produced. Needed a break so headed out - return at Lowe's and dropped box at UPS Store. The ramped up heat is here to stay I think - went to the pool briefly for bit of sun then showered off. Beautiful hibiscus by the pool tho facing down - odd. Lunch was kefir, 1/2 bagel w/ egg & avocado and side salad. And then back to video work. Has been a full week already since M&D arrived - hard to believe! Talked to Jo on Zoom in afternoon about 230-4p.
