The bottom bracket on my bike - bearings between pedals - has been make a dreadful noise

New bearings/ cups needed

The big chain ring was also massively worn as was the chain so replace those too.

A repair I have been putting off but 7 years riding the hell out of Carlo bits do wear out.

Will ride like new again now.
