Update

Coming to the end of the day and didn't take any photos.
Had a lovely walk with my friend, who had her foot operated on, she was giving me some drills to try and help my running and leg strength (she is a personal trainer)
The three dogs enjoyed running around together.
While clearing up some stuff in the garden saw how well my living willow weaving heart
