Wet and dry

Heavy rain followed by warm and inviting sunshine followed by heavy rain.

MK this morning, garden centre this afternoon, followed by a bit of light gardening.  I still can't think what to plant where several shrubs succumbed to the hard frosts we had before Christmas.  I also lost a Scabious, so picked up a replacement and also some clay feet for under pots that the ants don't seem to bother with.

It was fish and chips all round last night.  None of us even looked at the menu.  The batter on the fish was beautifully crispy.  I can't do with it being soggy.
