1,000 Blips with my Pen F.

Hi Everyone,

Today is a little personal milestone as I have blipped 1,000 photos taken with my Olympus Pen F. I would suggest very few of them are any good but that is due to the operator not the camera. I mainly have it on mono setting and use a 25mm prime lens which is a 50mm equivalent because of the Olympus 4/3 malarky. This setup was started as I planned to purchase a Leica Q2 Monochrom and wanted to see what living with Black and White only and a fixed lens would be like.

To be truthful I really like it and will most likely stay with this setup moving forward. I am not sure I will ever go for the Leica now as I think the Pen F will be my companion for my remaining years.

I have decided to sell all my other cameras that are gathering dust and have just have Pen F and the Sony ZV-1. I am on a bit of a purge phase and am actively letting lots of stuff go in readiness to downsize my home in a year or two.
