Back with Luca

Luca's not usually with us on a Wednesday. But having recovered from his recent gastric upset, he still couldn't go to nursery - there has to be a 48 hour period since the last diarrhoea or vomiting episode first. Meanwhile Eben had caught the bug, and so was off school.
Long story short - it made sense for Luca to come to us for a few hours, so that Ruth could look after Eben.
We had a good time. We put the hammock up in the garden - the first day it's felt mild enough to do that. We did a bit of watering, chatting about the details of this or that plant (one of Luca's regular conversation topics, especially anything to do with bees and with scent).  We messed about on the keyboard together. We had lunch together, and then Richard took him back home while I quickly caught up with some Greek prep for the online evening class.
Later I picked a tired Frieda up from preschool & had a little catch-up with Marianna. It's only 4 weeks or so, now, till her planned Caesarian date.
