Night lights

Walked down to Screwfix with the dogs first thing and almost got there in the dry. J came down in the car to collect us as we needed to pick up more wire for the shed. Came back and finished off wiring the shed and connected it to the mains. When I turned the power back on the fuse board kept tripping. Some more investigation and a call to SF confirmed that J’s dad had given me the wrong information on the wire colours and the neutral and earth were reversed. After changing over the wires in the fuse spur the shed had power and lights. J’s dad did a great job of starting to line the shed and built some storage seating inside, much quicker than I could. Quick trip to B&Q for some more wood and it was finished tonight. Fish pie for dinner and then finished off the film we started on Saturday night.
