Homemade fresh egg and lettuce sandwich with beetroot to empty the container... David had been to the shops and bought home a loaf of fresh bread, so I boiled some eggs and shredded some lettuce and I have a thing for beetroot atm so I added some to my sandwich... Delicious... I really need to buy some Keen Curry Powder ready for next time...
