Back to the Gym

First day back at work after the hols and it's always great to get a chance to spend some time in the gym.

It's been a while since I've last frequented these
facilities and I reckon the smile might just dissappear tomorrow when the muscles "used" remind me that they've not been "used" for quite some time :-)))
