Has Spring Finally Sprung?

Today’s Blipfoto  entry does show a blue sky and abundant sunshine. The temperature reached 17 Centigrade.

The freshness of new leaves results in an almost startling green.

The rain from previous days has resulted in rather long grass which remains sodden. As soon as it dries I will have to mow it, probably with the mower cut set high and then a second cut set low.

The policy of No Mow May is not possible however. Luckily the road verges are full of dandelions which is a great help to the Bee population.
