Strawberry flowers in the rain

Sunshine and showers this morning and I the flowers looked beautiful. I especially liked these first flowers on a strawberry plant covered in raindrops.

I had to pop into town this morning and I got caught in torrentail rain and a thunderstorm.  I was soaked - especially from cars driving through puddles on the road that shot all over the pavements!

Thank you to the Scottish blippers that informed me that the Corran ferry has been cancelled too.  We'll just have to hope that the other route will be running by then!
