House Sparrow

A morning visit to the local art gallery to see the annual exhibition of one of the local art clubs followed by a walk with a friend this afternoon. We had to delay for half an hour due to very sudden and heavy rain at 1.30. Thankfully it cleared up and turned into a nice sunny afternoon. 
Bird spotting in the back garden while I sat down for a cup of tea was my only photo opportunity.
