The 16th B.A.D. Ride

B.A.D. means Bikers Against Despair

Throughout the biking months there are numerous motorbike rides at the weekends that raise money for charity. This is one that we have been involved with since I started riding. There was over 1000 bikes riding and this year raised $200,000 for the Distress Centres of Toronto.

After a 4 hour ride we ended up at a fairground where there was food, a silent auction, a bike rodeo, the police dogs, model helicopters and a draw to win a Harley Davidson. We didn't win this year unfortunately. It was a great day.
