Chicken dinner Dolly

I cooked a chicken for dinner and it didn't give us food poisoning, so far...

I know, I know, not a big achievement for most but this is the first time I've successfully cooked a whole chicken and I am pretty pleased! As you can see we had it with some lovely in season asparagus! Yum!
