Copyright claim?

I'm sure that I've been around far longer than this business, but there again, the other x million Harry's of this world would want a piece of the action too.
News about the water leak of a few days ago. Turns out it's the furnace, not the AC, so the $300+ fee for the first plumber was money thrown away. It's made me think that we won't be calling him again for anything.
The decision now is that the heat exchanger is kaput. The part is under warranty but the labour to do the work isn't.
Gulp!!!
