Thrift

My son Liam came down for a day in Penzance, on the train from Plymouth. A very pleasant walk along the front, and across the harbour, to meet him at the station. At first we had thought about going to St Michael’s Mount, but opted for Sennen, which has a wonderful long sandy beach, especially popular for body boarding and surfing. After walking the length of the beach in warm sunshine we got ice creams and headed off along the coast path towards Lands End, a beautiful easy walk. A lot of plants flowering on the cliffs - I love thrift especially. PS this was perfectly in focus on my phone but looks a bit fuzzy here now:(
