Warming and Spicy

I have been trying to take it steady. A gentle hour at the allotment planting spinach, an easy wander around the village with Andy and Merlin, followed by a short aromatherapy product making session and another dog walk. Feeling under the weather again this evening, this virus won’t properly leave me. So, I’ve had a bath and I am in bed by 9pm. I’m lying listening to the rain pouring outside. I’ve been enjoying this tea I bought yesterday.
