Those Roofs Again.

This is a different perspective on the blip of a few days ago, this time from the terrace garden of TOL's new home.

It was more than a little disconcerting to go to a "relatives' meeting" this evening and discover how upset many people were at the standard of care being given to the residents. As newcomers, Sis and I kept a fairly low profile but we were sufficiently annoyed at how long it was taking to get a fairly urgent doctor's visit organised that we did not remain completely silent.

The floor manager runs a very tight ship but, while he was away for a few days, the place seemed to go to pieces. He was not a happy chappie when we saw him today and he certainly started things moving.

However, the place is fairly new and has a lot going for it and, the relatives are a fairly militant bunch so we hope things will be resolved quickly.
