Fenn Bell Conservation Project: Fishing Cat

Im and I met her family at Fenn Bell Conservation Project on the Hoo Peninsula for a day out... It is a small zoo made up of animals rescued from the pet trade or from other zoos, so has a slightly strange "inventory", but seems to have been recently constructed and to a high standard. Highlights included the flamingos, binturongs, raccoons, and actually seeing the (overweight) fishing cats (which have almost always been hiding at other zoos that purport to keep them). Oh, and Ronnie the raven was cool.

We then went for a coffee and a walk at Eternal Lake Nature Reserve, and later headed into Rochester for supper.
