Cutting the Ribbon

The official opening of the new neighborhood East Howe Steps Park.  This cutie is the daughter of one of the community members who worked to make this park, 8 years in the planning and making, happen.  It’s city property, but maintenance of this shared by the nearby businesses.    I love it.   Extra shows it from an angle where you can appreciate the steps that go up to Eastlake  (and continuer to Capital Hill)    Food and drink and a walk up the steps.     Only H went up to the top .  
Turned into a nice, warmer, day.   Good zoom with H’s brother and sil.
