Notes: Woke at 6a and was out the door at 630a w/ the bike on the rack. Still close-to-full moon at the big intersection on the way to the bike trail. Good ride, nice cool morning temps w/ some breeze. Went out 5.5 mi this time so 11 total, a bit earlier so less people on the roads and trail. Made eggs w/ spinach & goat cheese and salad for brunch - finished w/ flourless sprouted toast w/ goat butter and homemade jam! Around 1p, needed some quiet so listened to some light language and had about a 2 hr nap - definitely was tired! Low key afternoon and evening, talked w/ Jo a bit on Zoom. Internet was in and out and then wouldn't work at all to stream shows. To bed late.
