Sentinel

Met up with an old school friend today. She attended the funeral of my Mum yesterday, that was the first time I had seen her since about 1982ish.
We arranged to meet for coffee and spent a few hours having a good natter and agreed to meet up next time I come up to Liverpool.
Drove to Crosby beach before setting off home, the tide was on the way out and I walked along the sand to get this shot of a Gormley.....
