And the celebrations continue

We were at church by 8:30 as we were on coffee and I was covering the welcoming for someone else. Sorry to say I flounced off after a friend had a go at me for doing both but I just couldn't take it today
I then proceeded to fill 150 tiny pots with clotted cream. We slipped out for a quick coffee before coming back to do bridge rolls (8doz) 4 loaves and lay out dozens of scones,cakes and cookies. This cake was made by a daughter of one of the members. We fed 150 plus and there was food left over some of which we have put to one side for bible studies in the week and maybe coffee next Sunday .
Went to friends in the evening as I left others to clear up. There was a good atmosphere with quizzes and games and the children dressed up. A very good day a in all.
