Crowned

It would be a lie to say that Bailey got into the spirit of the coronation today by wearing his crown but he did show an interest in the parade, particularly the horses. I enjoyed the pomp and ceremony and some of the more personal moments. Before coronation watching there was Bailey's breakfast and a walk before I headed to spin with the bestest friend. We were worked hard and all done by 9am. A quick supermarket trip for Bailey supplies and three lots of washing which had to be fetched back in in a rush when the rain came on this afternoon. And after the balcony and flypast there was reading and some work on this weekend's task which, thanks to the extra bank holiday, can be spread out a little further than it would be on a normal term-time weekend. And I disturbed Bailey's afternoon nap to make him wear a crown.
