Crowned

......... I hadn’t intended to watch the coronation but the weather was very wet and miserable and I decided to tune in whilst I made some muffins. The TV isn’t in the same room so initially I was just watching snippets here and there but as soon as they were in the oven I found myself glued to the proceedings which took me completely by surprise.
I didn’t find it anywhere near as stuffy and boring as I expected ...... it was actually quite watchable and interesting.
I’m not an avid royalist ( as you’ve probably guessed) but I don’t dislike them and most of the time I can just take them or leave them but I’m glad now that I watched this historic event and even enjoyed it a little ;-)
