New Square in town

We have a new shopping square in town and I am comissioned to make photos of it (and some streets around it). It will take some time to finish everything because parts of town are still under construction.
So this is the new square, but I forgot the name of it (Frederikhof, Frederikplein?), and it's so new it's not even on Google Maps yet.
It's really a cosy square with green patches and lot's of places to sit. And above it all: you can't hear the cars!
