Coltsfoot

So bright, glowing all around a vernal pool I discovered while walking.  It was just cold enough not to have gone to seed like most of its kind.  It looks like dandelion but a distant relation.  
Latin name - Tussilago farfara. (farfara...what a great name.  It is far-far yellow!)
News on my house, I have hot water again.  All systems GO
