For Sale (Again)

So the Dalriada is up for sale again. Priced at £1.15million. Will someone come in to make it into a private house or could the numbers ever add up to make it a going concern as a pub again? It would be great if it could be part of a community property portfolio, making money to support other community activities, but that is almost certainly a fanciful pipe dream! Unless there is a local millionaire with a philanthropic streak.
