Autumn Rain

It rained overnight, then it poured this morning then it eased up and just rained this afternoon.  When it wasn't raining it was drizzling.  There have been council workers back and forth during the day monitoring the dodgy drain nearby.  Thankfully, we've escaped anything too bad in this part of town but in town itself the river has burst it's banks and parts of the central city are under water.  Coming on top of last August's floods it's going to add more strain to the town.

On then to this evenings coverage of King Charles' coronation.  Britain does pomp and ceremony like no other, and I love it.  Interesting to see it's been raining in London too.......thankfully no floods there though.
