Slow day

After a good solid nights sleep, woke with a start (Caleb arriving before going to school). Quickly dressed and managed to get to school on time (thankfully after a heavy downpour).

After breakfast, went into town, lots of banners and union jacks flying, one shop had two ballon decorations at the entrance (see extra).

Purchased a coronation tin from M&S plus some other bits of shopping before popping to our daughters - to let Poppy out in the garden, unfortunately even sitting with her for 10 mins or so, all she wanted to do was be stroked. Photo of a flower in our daughters garden.

Back home, after lunch had a snooze.

Relaxing evening. Due to the weather predictions, our street party has been delayed from Saturday to Sunday.
