Potentilla

Back in the garden at 8.45. It wasn't the clear blue sky and sunshine of yesterday but not cold and a good day for working. I tackled the west border which took ages. It will need dug out completely com the autumn but meanwhile I'll enjoy the bluebells and columbine. I've found quite a few things - a Japanese maple masked by the now defunct holly, fuchsia and a pink potentilla that was a tight bud yesterday and is now in flower.

Scraped and weeded and added to the pile of weeds. Then i tackled the blind which is not quite right but I'll sort it, eventually.

The sun has come back so another beautiful evening.

It's been a productive week-end - but still much to do.
